Legacy Christian Boys Basketball Rolls Past O'Connell Prep
GALVESTON - The Legacy Christian Warriors used a consistent effort on both ends of the floor Friday to earn a 80-60 win over the O'Connell Bucs Boys Basketball team.
Both teams played with a high level of energy early on as each team looked to get out on front and build an early lead. It was Legacy that was able to force a few turnovers and create some first half success offensively as they built a 41-36 lead with just over four minutes to play in the first half.
In the second half Legacy continued to build on their lead behind a steady effort before getting out to a double digit lead that would eventually lead to an 80-60 win over the Bucs.
